I shot this pic from the highway returning from Santa Fe last week; serindipitously we came across the annual Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. The skies were literally full of hundreds of these amazing craft. I think Land Rover should use this in one of their ads.

Everywhere I went during my visit to New Mexico this weekend, the signs of change were obvious. Obamanos! ‘08 placards graced storefronts, coffeeshops, pueblos and bumpers.
